Susan Barner, APRN-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Susan received her BSN at East Tennessee State University in 1996, and her MSN at University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1998. She has 23 years of experience in psychiatry, including medication management, psychotherapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). She serves as a preceptor to nurse practitioner students at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Lincoln Memorial University (LMU). She was awarded 2014 Preceptor of the Year by the University of Tennessee College of Nursing.
