Our practice offers the following psychotherapy services:

• Individual sessions - Individualized sessions tailored to fit your needs.  Our clinicians specialize in different things so please check with us to ensure the appropriate match to a clinician to fit your needs! We include specializations of the following:
  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma Treatment​
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Trauma Treatment
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Sessions
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Sessions
• Couples and Family Therapy - Sessions for the whole family!  These sessions will support couples and families through relationship struggles, communication barriers and tackling deeper patterns within your relationships.
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Sessions

We offer medication management services for those that are seeking additional support in managing symptoms for all types of mental health needs!  Our medication management services are being offered both in person and via telehealth.

Ashley Curry, LCSW and Lauren Roberts, LCSW are offering weekly individual licensure supervision for Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW) for clinicians working toward obtaining their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status.    Meredith Wood, LPC-MHSP is offering individual supervision for those seeking Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.  Contact our office for more details.

What are the cost of services?

Each therapist will set their own rates or have their own rates set by an insurance company.  Each clinician in our practice may accept different insurance plans and some of our clinicians are self-pay only. Please contact us for more information surrounding this.  We provide a financial agreement prior to start of therapy that explains your provider's rates for services so that there are no surprises in your billing. You can also contact your insurance company prior to sessions to check on eligibility and rates.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash and all major credit cards accepted.

Late Cancellation or No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay late cancellation/no show fee for that session prior to attending your next session at the practice.
