Becca graduated from Tennessee Tech University with her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Becca has worked in the community mental health setting where she has gained a passion for working with people navigating change and uncertainty. She has experience with clients struggling with mood-related disorders, anxiety, stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and childhood trauma. Becca utilizes a person-centered approach while implementing elements of CBT, DBT, and ACT to help her clients overcome life challenges and learn to comfortably coexist with their thoughts and emotions. Maintaining a relaxed and laid-back environment during sessions is a priority of Becca’s, and she encourages all of her clients to come as they are! While not in session, Becca enjoys reading, watching reality TV, and playing with her two cats, Carl and Jolene.
