Rachel has been dedicated to the mental health field since 2015. She earned her Bachelor's in
Psychology from King University that same year, followed by her Master's in Mental Health
Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University in 2017. With experience across various mental
health settings, including schools, inpatient care, and private practice, Rachel is truly passionate
about helping individuals gain a better understanding of their mental health, so they can work
with their brains rather than against them. She particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent
individuals and embraces a neurodivergent-affirming approach when supporting her clients.
As a therapist, Rachel aims to help you feel empowered throughout the therapeutic journey. She
views therapy as a conversation between you and her, addressing any concerns you find
important. Rachel is committed to creating a judgment-free, safe, and trauma-informed
environment where her clients can feel comfortable during their sessions. In her practice, she
incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational
Interviewing, and Psychoeducation.
