Meredith Wood, LPC/MHSP(S)

Meredith has experience working in various settings on an outpatient basis working with trauma and has previously facilitated intensive outpatient therapy groups.  Meredith has been in private practice since 2015 and has a reputation of being great at what she does. 

Meredith has a passion for treating First Responders and Veterans. Meredith leans toward use of trauma-informed interventions including EMDR and DBT and enjoys working with first responders.   Meredith thrives in use of these modalities to support clients in seeing significant progress in a short period of time.  Meredith is very structured in her approach and genuine with those around her!
